Founded in 1995, The Boulters is a well established organisation specialising in the care and development of young people with learning difficulties and emotional & behavioural problems. The Boulters prides itself on providing the best quality care and a homely, nurturing environment where young people in our care can develop the skills and the confidence to realise their full potential.
